FedEx Reports Third-Quarter Financial Results and Raises Full-Year Outlook

FedEx reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $22.9 billion, up from $20.4 billion a year earlier. Net income fell to $290 million, while adjusted net income increased to $896 million; the company cited stronger package yields, higher volumes, and cost reductions. FedEx raised its full-year revenue growth forecast to approximately 12% and adjusted EPS guidance to $18.00–$18.60, and completed $2.0 billion in share repurchases during the quarter.
