Deep Fission Signs Definitive Power Purchase Agreement With Great Plains Development Authority For Kansas Commercial Project

Deep Fission, Inc. has signed a definitive Master Energy Purchase Agreement with the Great Plains Development Authority for a commercial project in Parsons, Kansas. The initial phase will provide up to 150 MW of power, targeted for commercial operation by September 30, 2028, with potential expansion to 2 GW by 2031. The agreement allows GPDA to purchase electricity for its industrial park tenants without a minimum purchase obligation and can assign its purchase obligations to qualifying tenants.
