Fathom And Neighborhood Intelligence Call Off Merger Over Valuation Concerns

Fathom Holdings Inc. (FTHM) and Neighborhood Intelligence, Inc. (NXH) have mutually agreed to terminate their merger agreement due to concerns that current valuations do not reflect the fair value of either company. Following discussions with shareholders, Neighborhood Intelligence decided to retain ownership of its blockchain and digital asset investments, believing this will provide the greatest opportunity for future value. The companies concluded that the timing for a merger is not appropriate at this moment.
