Scout24 Reports Q3 2026 Results and Updates Full-Year Guidance

Scout24 reported Q3 2026 revenue of €198 million, up nearly 20% year over year, supported by strong business-customer demand and the consolidation of acquisitions in Spain. Quarterly net profit was €71.1 million, affected by a base effect, while the ordinary-business EBITDA margin edged down to 60.9%. The company confirmed its full-year outlook and raised the midpoint of its revenue-growth guidance to approximately 18%, from a prior range of 16%–18%. Scout24 reiterated its target of reaching an organic EBITDA margin of up to 64% by 2028.
