On September 25, 2026, Nanping Golden Carnival Culture Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Golden Heaven Group Holdings Ltd., acquired amusement park assets from Guangxi Senguang Entertainment Investment Co., Ltd. for a total of RMB139.9 million. The purchase includes assets from Yixing Qinglongshan Happy World, Nanning Caribbean Water World, and Lishui Xingzhuang Park Children’s Amusement Park, with 50% of the payment due within five business days and the remaining 50% upon asset delivery.
