Greif, Inc. Reports Fourth Quarter and Fiscal 2026 Results

Greif, Inc. reported fiscal 2026 adjusted EBITDA of $625.7 million, up 11.7% year over year despite weakness in global industrial markets. Fourth-quarter net loss narrowed to $6.5 million from $24.3 million a year earlier. The company exceeded its $105 million annual run-rate cost-savings commitment a year ahead of schedule and raised its cost-optimization target to $150 million by the end of fiscal 2027.
