GFL Acquires Frontier Waste Solutions To Expand U.S. Solid Waste And Recycling Footprint; Financial Terms Not Disclosed

GFL Environmental Inc. has acquired Frontier Waste Solutions, a vertically integrated solid waste company, to enhance its presence in the U.S. solid waste and recycling market. Frontier, founded in 2017, serves over 460,000 customers across major Texas cities with a fleet of 665 vehicles. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. GFL is the fourth-largest environmental services company in North America, operating in 18 U.S. states and employing over 15,000 people.
