Genmab Announces Positive Phase 3 Results for Rinatabart Sesutecan in Ovarian Cancer

Genmab announced positive results from its Phase 3 RAINFOL-02 clinical trial for rinatabart sesutecan (Rina-S), which met its primary endpoint of progression-free survival and key secondary endpoint of overall survival in patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. The trial showed a statistically significant improvement in both metrics compared to investigator's choice chemotherapy. Genmab plans to present these findings at an upcoming medical congress.
