Heba Fastighets AB reported a 4.7% increase in rental income to SEK 158.5 million and a 6.5% rise in profit from property management to SEK 64.0 million for Q3 2026. The operating surplus grew by 7.6% to SEK 122.4 million, while net profit surged to SEK 95.3 million from SEK 37.4 million year-over-year, with earnings per share at SEK 0.61. The company also set new financial targets for 2026-2030, aiming for at least 10% annual growth in profit from property management per share.
