Hercules PLC's CEO, Brusk Korkmaz, has increased his shareholding by acquiring 75,900 ordinary shares at an average price of 35.46 pence per share. This transaction raises his total beneficial interest to 18,459,746 shares, which constitutes 22.92% of the company's issued share capital.
