HII Reports Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results

HII reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $3.5 billion, up 10.8% year over year, and net earnings of $217 million, or $5.48 per diluted share, compared with $145 million and $3.68 per share a year earlier. The company secured $32.4 billion in contract awards during the quarter, bringing year-to-date awards to $43.1 billion. HII raised its fiscal 2026 shipbuilding revenue guidance to $10.5 billion–$10.7 billion while reaffirming its 6.0%–6.5% shipbuilding operating margin and free cash flow outlook.
