SG Holding Increases Tender Offer Price for Haiki+

SG Holding, promoter of the tender offer for EGM-listed Haiki+ S.p.A., raised its offer price from €0.90 to €1.11 per share, an increase of 23.33%. The acceptance period has been extended to November 13, 2026, as the acquisition process continues.
