Huddled Group PLC to Acquire Joint Venture Partner AEWW Ltd

Huddled Group PLC has agreed to acquire AEWW Ltd, its joint venture partner, for £290,000, which will be settled through the issuance of 38,666,667 new ordinary shares at 0.75 pence each. This acquisition will provide Huddled with 100% ownership of its live commerce operations on the Whatnot platform, including the 'Peeko Gadgets' channel. Additionally, AEWW Ltd co-founders Jason and Regan McNeill will join Huddled as employees to aid in the company's expansion into platforms such as TikTok and eBay.
