ICF Awarded $70M Public Sector Energy Contracts To Lower Costs And Boost Grid Reliability In Southern California

ICF has been awarded two multiyear work orders valued at approximately $70 million under the County of Los Angeles Energy Support Services Master Agreement to implement energy efficiency programs for the Southern California Regional Energy Network (SoCalREN). The contracts, awarded in August 2026, will enable ICF to provide comprehensive program implementation services, including engineering, marketing, and construction management, aimed at lowering energy costs and enhancing grid reliability. This expansion builds on ICF's existing responsibilities under the master agreement, which also covers residential and agricultural energy efficiency initiatives.
