Icahn Enterprises L.P. Reports Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results

Icahn Enterprises reported a third-quarter 2026 net loss of $225 million, or $0.31 per depositary unit, compared with net income of $287 million, or $0.49 per unit, a year earlier. Revenue rose to $3.2 billion from $2.7 billion, while adjusted EBITDA shifted to a loss of $214 million from positive $75 million. The results included $522 million in refining hedge losses. The company declared a quarterly distribution of $0.50 per unit, payable in cash or additional units.
