Italgas Reports Growth in Nine-Month Financial Results

Italgas reported nine-month 2026 adjusted net profit of €585.5 million, up 18.3% year over year. Revenue increased 10.1% to €1.98 billion, EBITDA rose 17% to €1.6 billion, and EBIT grew 18.3% to €1.045 billion. Technical investments climbed 42.5% to €1.102 billion, focused on gas networks in Italy and Greece, digital transformation, and technology upgrades. Cumulative efficiencies and synergies reached €136 million, or 48.5% of the company’s 2032 target.
