Infrea AB Merger with Netel Holding AB Completed

The Swedish Companies Registration Office registered the statutory merger of Infrea AB and Netel Holding AB on November 4, 2026, completing the transaction. Infrea’s assets and liabilities transferred to Netel, which issued 119,585,679 new shares as merger consideration; Infrea’s final Nasdaq Stockholm trading day was November 3. Shareholders of record on November 5 are expected to receive the consideration around November 9, and the combined group plans to adopt the name Netelinfra, subject to an Extraordinary General Meeting vote on November 26.
