Ionis Pharmaceuticals, in partnership with Roche, announced that the Phase 3 IMAgINATION study of Sefaxersen for Primary IgA Nephropathy met its primary endpoint, showing statistically significant and clinically meaningful reductions in proteinuria compared to placebo at 37 weeks. This result suggests Sefaxersen has best-in-class potential for treating this progressive kidney disease. Interim data will be presented at an upcoming medical meeting and shared with health authorities.
