ITAB Group Reports Q3 2026 Results with Significant One-Off Costs

ITAB Group’s Q3 2026 net sales rose 3.0% year over year to SEK 3,397 million, while operating profit fell to SEK 6 million from SEK 220 million, for a 0.2% operating margin. The quarter included SEK 242 million in one-off costs, including SEK 222 million related to discontinuing the group-wide ERP implementation; net income was negative SEK 68 million and earnings per share were negative SEK 0.29. CEO Björn Borgman said HMY acquisition synergies are progressing as planned, while the company continues to streamline production and improve efficiency to pursue its 7–9% EBIT margin target.
