John B. Sanfilippo & Son, Inc. (NASDAQ: JBSS) has declared a special cash dividend of $1.50 per share for all issued and outstanding shares of its Common and Class A Common Stock. This special dividend will return approximately $17.6 million to the company's stockholders.
