Pasithea Therapeutics Announces Positive PAS-004 Clinical Data from Phase 1 Advanced Cancer Study

Pasithea Therapeutics reported positive clinical results for its lead drug candidate, PAS-004, from a Phase 1 trial in advanced cancer patients, presented at the 2026 ESMO Congress. The trial showed prolonged stable disease in heavily pre-treated patients, with some remaining on treatment for over 300 days, and two patients for more than 500 days. The drug demonstrated a favorable safety profile, with no Grade 3 treatment-related adverse events or discontinuations. PAS-004 is also being evaluated for RASopathies and MAPK pathway-driven tumors.
