Kyverna Therapeutics To Present Full One-Year Data Set From KYSA-8, Registrational Trial Of Miv-Cel In Patients With Stiff Person Syndrome, At MS Toronto 2026, Joint ACTRIMS-ECTRIMS Meeting

Kyverna Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: KYTX) announced the presentation of the full one-year data set from its KYSA-8 trial of miv-cel for stiff person syndrome (SPS) at the MS Toronto 2026 meeting. The trial showed significant improvements in mobility, with a 49% median improvement in the timed 25-Foot Walk at one year, and 92% of patients remained off chronic immunotherapies. The data supports miv-cel's potential as the first approved therapy for SPS and the first CAR T-cell therapy for autoimmune diseases.
