Eli Lilly Announces FDA Approval Of Inluriyo In Combination With Verzenio For Treatment Of Adults With ER+, HER2–, ESR1-Mutated Locally Advanced Or Metastatic Breast Cancer

Eli Lilly announced that the U.S. FDA has granted full approval for Inluriyo (imlunestrant) in combination with Verzenio (abemaciclib) for treating adults with ER+, HER2–, ESR1-mutated locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer. This approval is based on the Phase 3 EMBER-3 trial, which demonstrated that the combination therapy doubled median progression-free survival compared to Inluriyo alone. The treatment approach targets key drivers of ER+ breast cancer and maintains an established tolerability profile.
