Eli Lilly's Foundayo 17.2 mg demonstrated a 1.5% greater weight loss and a 0.3% greater reduction in A1C compared to oral semaglutide 25 mg at 52 weeks, according to an indirect comparison presented at the EASD in Milan. These findings build on the ACHIEVE-3 study, which showed that both Foundayo 9 mg and 17.2 mg outperformed oral semaglutide 14 mg in terms of A1C and weight reduction.
