Lattice Semiconductor Reports Record Third-Quarter 2026 Financial Results

Lattice Semiconductor reported record third-quarter 2026 revenue of $291.0 million, driven by demand for FPGAs in AI data centers and a recovery in industrial and embedded markets. Non-GAAP diluted EPS was $0.72, while GAAP diluted EPS was $0.08; new-product revenue grew more than 70% year over year. The company said it successfully integrated its AMI acquisition, expanding its security and infrastructure-management portfolio. For the fourth quarter, Lattice expects revenue of $325 million to $345 million and non-GAAP diluted EPS of $0.82 to $0.86.
