MDA Space Announces TSX Approval To Repurchase 8,106,539 Shares

MDA Space has received approval from the TSX to repurchase up to 8,106,539 common shares, representing approximately 5% of its outstanding shares as of September 11, 2026. The share repurchase program, which will commence on September 23, 2026, and conclude on September 22, 2027, will allow purchases at market price through TSX facilities. MDA Space has also established an automatic share purchase plan with its broker to facilitate these repurchases, which will be conducted in accordance with TSX rules.
