On October 13, 2026, DataMeds AI, Inc. entered into an Intellectual Property License Agreement with Reboot Health AI, granting DataMeds an exclusive license to use Reboot's patents and health AI platform in the U.S. for its GLP-1 weight management business. As part of the agreement, DataMeds will issue 666,667 shares to Reboot and pay $50,000 for the reconfiguration of the platform, with additional shares required if the market value of the initial shares falls below $2 million. Reboot will also receive a portion of DataMeds' Adjusted Gross Revenue generated from the use of the technology.
