Magnite Reports Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results

Magnite reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $204.2 million, up 14% year over year, and Contribution ex-TAC of $200.6 million, up 20% and above its $188 million–$192 million guidance range. CTV revenue grew 39% to $105.4 million, while DV+ Contribution ex-TAC was $95.3 million. Net income increased to $34.0 million, or $0.23 per diluted share, from $20.1 million a year earlier; adjusted EBITDA rose 46% to $83.4 million, a 42% margin. The company raised its 2026 outlook, forecasting total Contribution ex-TAC growth of approximately 17%.
