Netlist Opens New Legal Proceedings At U.S. International Trade Commission Seeking Exclusion And Cease And Desist Orders Against Micron Technology And MU's Customers Nvidia, Broadcom And Google; Claims Infringement Of The Company's HBM Patents

Netlist has initiated new legal proceedings at the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) against Micron Technology, seeking exclusion and cease-and-desist orders for alleged infringement of its HBM patents, specifically U.S. Patent Nos. 12,308,087 and 12,646,537. The complaint targets Micron's HBM3E, HBM4, and HBM4E products. This follows a previous ITC complaint filed by Netlist on August 11, 2026, which also involved other companies and alleged infringement of four additional patents related to Micron's DDR5 products.
