Sound Point Capital Management Announces Partnership with Ninety One

Sound Point Capital Management has formed a partnership with Ninety One to manage the Ninety One European Credit Opportunities Fund 1, with Sound Point acting as the sub-adviser. The investment team, including Portfolio Managers Chris Rust and Lei Lei, will transition to Sound Point to enhance its European private credit operations, focusing on asset-backed lending to European borrowers outside the traditional sponsor channel.
