Netcapital Inc. (NASDAQ: NCPL) received a notice from Nasdaq on September 21, 2026, for failing to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ending July 31, 2026, and its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2026, violating Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). The company has until October 23, 2026, to submit a compliance plan, which, if accepted, could grant an extension until February 9, 2027, to regain compliance.
