Newmark Group reported Q3 2026 revenue of $973.2 million, above the FactSet estimate of $952.7 million, and adjusted EPS of $0.48, versus the $0.47 estimate. The company lowered its full-year outlook to revenue of $3.70 billion–$3.80 billion and adjusted EPS of $1.80–$1.90, both below consensus estimates. Newmark also declared its quarterly dividend.
