Nurix Therapeutics has enrolled its first patient in a Phase 1b/2 study evaluating the combination of bexobrutideg and venetoclax for treating chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). The initial cohort will focus on patients with relapsed or refractory CLL, with plans for potential expansion to first-line CLL treatment. This study is part of a collaboration with Roche, aiming to assess bexobrutideg alongside selected antibodies from Roche's B-cell malignancy therapy portfolio.
