Alliance Foundation Trials And Natera Launch AFT-70 NAVIGATE, Randomized Phase III Trial Evaluating MRD-Guided Treatment Strategy For Patients With Intermediate And High-Risk ER-Positive/HER2-Negative Early Breast Cancer

Alliance Foundation Trials and Natera have launched the AFT-70 NAVIGATE, a randomized Phase III trial to evaluate a molecular residual disease (MRD)-guided treatment strategy for patients with intermediate and high-risk ER-positive/HER2-negative early breast cancer. The trial will utilize Natera's ultrasensitive MRD test, Signatera, in conjunction with Genentech's investigational oral SERD, giredestrant, to minimize unnecessary exposure to CDK4/6 inhibitors. The trial is sponsored by AFT with collaboration and co-funding from Natera and Genentech.
