Nova Reports Record Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results

Nova Ltd. reported record third-quarter 2026 revenue of $287.8 million, up 13% sequentially and 28% year over year. Record GAAP net income was $90.0 million, or $2.64 per diluted share, while non-GAAP net income reached $98.4 million, or $2.86 per diluted share. Gross margin rose to 57.7%, from 56.5% in the prior quarter and 56.7% a year earlier; operating expenses were $73.3 million. The company attributed revenue growth to strong demand for Advanced Packaging solutions amid HBM and advanced-logic capacity expansions.
