Navitas Semiconductor Announces Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results

Navitas Semiconductor reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $14.0 million, up 33% sequentially and 38% year over year, with a GAAP gross margin of 21.5%. It posted a GAAP net loss of $37.1 million and a non-GAAP net loss of $6.9 million. The company said its Navitas 2.0 transformation is shifting its focus away from mobile and low-end consumer markets toward high-power AI infrastructure, data centers and energy-grid solutions. Navitas forecast fourth-quarter revenue of $15.5 million to $16.5 million and reported $531.5 million in cash and cash equivalents as of September 30, 2026.
