Oculis To Report Topline Results Around Year-End 2026 From First Genotype-Guided Registrational Dry Eye Trial Of Licaminlimab, Now Fully Randomized With 176 Patients, Two-Thirds Carrying Target TNFR1 Variant

Oculis is conducting a genotype-guided registrational trial for Licaminlimab, with 176 patients enrolled, two-thirds of whom carry the TNFR1 genetic variant associated with better clinical responses. The drug targets the U.S. market of over 1.5 million patients suffering from moderate-to-severe TNFR1-mediated dry eye disease. Topline results from this trial are expected to be reported around year-end 2026.
