ONEOK, Inc. Reports Higher Third-Quarter 2026 Results and Increases 2026 Financial Guidance

ONEOK reported third-quarter 2026 net income of $1.38 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $2.24 billion, up 6% from the same period in 2025. The company increased its financial guidance for 2026 following the results. Adjusted EBITDA is a non-GAAP measure that excludes interest, taxes, depreciation and other noncash items.
