Ontex Group NV Reports Q3 2026 Results and Revises Full-Year Outlook

Ontex Group NV lowered its 2026 adjusted EBITDA outlook to €143 million–€148 million from €165 million–€180 million, citing elevated and volatile costs, slower pricing increases, and lower sales volumes. Its “Focus to Value” transformation program generated €45 million in savings year to date. The company’s leverage ratio reached 3.75x at the end of September, and it now expects full-year free cash flow of negative €10 million to zero.
