CD&R, McKesson Agree To Acquire Option Care Health For $32.05 Per share

CD&R and McKesson Corporation have agreed to acquire Option Care Health for $32.05 per share, amounting to a total enterprise value of approximately $5.8 billion. Following the transaction, CD&R will hold a majority ownership interest while McKesson will retain a minority stake. Option Care Health will continue to operate as a separate entity with its existing management team.
