Oracle Raises Fiscal 2027 Guidance and Reports Significant AI Cloud Contract Wins

Oracle raised its fiscal 2027 non-GAAP EPS guidance to $8.10 from $8.05 and reaffirmed its target of at least $90 billion in revenue. It secured more than $30 billion in new AI cloud contracts during the quarter, helping lift remaining performance obligations to a record $664 billion, up $209 billion year over year. For the second quarter, Oracle expects revenue growth of 30% to 34% and cloud revenue growth of 65% to 71% in U.S. dollars.
