Novacap Completes Acquisition of OSI Maritime Systems

Novacap completed its acquisition of Burnaby-based OSI Maritime Systems on November 3, 2026, with a Canadian investor consortium that includes Export Development Canada and BDC Capital. OSI provides navigation and tactical systems to 27 NATO and allied navies. The deal is the first investment by Novacap Technologies Fund VII, which closed in February 2026 with approximately US$3.8 billion in commitments; Novacap plans to support OSI’s growth and product development while maintaining its focus on naval customers.
