Puma Biotechnology Initiates Phase 2 ALISCA-Lung2 Trial Of Alisertib In Advanced Small Cell Lung Cancer

Puma Biotechnology, Inc. (NASDAQ: PBYI) has initiated the Phase II ALISCA-Lung2 trial (PUMA-ALI-4202) to evaluate alisertib in combination with paclitaxel for advanced small cell lung cancer. The trial aims to enroll approximately 50 patients who have progressed after platinum-based chemotherapy and immunotherapy. The primary endpoint focuses on the safety and tolerability of the treatment, while secondary endpoints include various measures of treatment efficacy and the evaluation of clinical biomarkers to identify patients who may benefit most.
