Morgan Stanley Maintains Underweight on PetMed Express, Lowers Price Target to $1.4

Morgan Stanley analyst Erin Wright has maintained an Underweight rating on PetMed Express (NASDAQ: PETS) and has reduced the price target from $2.15 to $1.40.
