Parker-Hannifin Reports Record Fiscal 2026 Sales and Executive Leadership Changes

Parker-Hannifin reported record fiscal 2026 sales of more than $20 billion, its first time exceeding that threshold, and said it reached its fiscal 2029 adjusted segment margin target three years early. Motion Systems Group President Berend Bracht will retire at the end of 2026, and director Kevin Lobo has retired from the board. Shareholders elected all nine director nominees, approved executive compensation, and ratified Deloitte as the auditor for fiscal 2027.
