Planet Fitness Reports Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results and Strategic Updates

Planet Fitness reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $360 million, up 9% year over year. It agreed to acquire Portugal-based fitness operator Be-Fit for approximately €102.5 million to support international growth and authorized a share repurchase program of up to $500 million.
