Primaris REIT Announces Q3 2026 Results and Distribution Increase

Primaris REIT reported third-quarter 2026 rental revenue of $175.8 million and 3.1% growth in Same Properties Cash Net Operating Income. The Trust increased its distribution by 5.7% and introduced financial guidance for 2027. Committed occupancy was 90.9%, while in-place occupancy was 87.7%.
