PrairieSky Royalty Ltd. Announces Third Quarter 2026 Financial and Operating Results

PrairieSky Royalty reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $165.0 million, including $153.4 million in royalty production revenue and $11.6 million in other revenue. Funds from operations rose 42% year over year to $127.9 million, or $0.55 per share, driven by higher liquids royalty production and strong WTI prices. The company declared a fourth-quarter dividend of $0.265 per share, payable January 15, 2027, and said net debt fell 34% during the quarter. PrairieSky also entered 49 new leasing arrangements and acquired incremental Mannville heavy-oil royalty interests for $1.0 million.
