Phoenix Education Partners, Inc. (NYSE: PXED) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Fuel50, an AI-powered workforce transformation platform, with the terms undisclosed. The acquisition aims to enhance Fuel50's capabilities and expand its reach among enterprise employers, focusing on AI-powered workforce intelligence and talent mobility. Following the completion of the transaction, which is expected to close within 30 days, Fuel50 will continue to operate under its own brand, led by Co-founder Jo Mills as CEO. Macquarie Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor for Fuel50 in this transaction.
