Rocket One Agrees To Acquire Tracer Drone Technologies; Financial Terms Not Disclosed

Rocket One Inc. (NASDAQ: RKTO) has signed a Membership Interest Purchase Agreement to acquire all membership interests of Tracer Drone Technologies, a New Jersey-based provider of drone services. The financial terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed, and the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions. Following the completion of the deal, Tracer will function as a wholly owned subsidiary of Rocket One.
